It is primarily driven by a high-power 11Kw servo motor, which provides stable and efficient power output. The motor's power is then reliably transmitted to each individual forming roller through a heavy-duty gear drive system. This robust transmission mechanism ensures that all rollers rotate synchronously and uniformly, facilitating the smooth and continuous feeding of color steel and galvanized plates through the production line.
In the forming and pressing module, a set of 16 rows of high-precision forming rolls is employed to execute the continuous profiling process. The forming rolls, made of 45Cr quenched and tempered steel with precision turning and chrome plating, perform continuous rolling and shaping on the passing metal plates. As the flat raw material passes through the roll sets, the precise gap and pressure of the rolls gradually shape the metal into the standard profile of glazed tiles, accurately replicating the classic contour of glazed roof tiles.
The cutting assembly is engineered for precision and efficiency. Actuated by a 11Kw air-cooled hydraulic pump station, this part controls the cutting knife to move up and down rapidly and accurately via a double linear guide rail structure. Once the colored steel plate has been formed to the specified length, the cutting knife descends swiftly and cleanly, ensuring each finished glazed tile has a uniform length and a clean, burr-free edge, with cutting length error controlled within ≤1mm.
