The 1110 glazed tile roll forming machine (Model YX24-222-1110) is a reliable equipment for manufacturing colored steel glazed tiles. It processes 1250mm width and 0.3-0.5mm thickness sheets with stable performance and high molding quality.
This machine is constructed with 400H heavy-duty steel frame and 16mm thick wall plates. It uses 16-21 rows of 45Cr forming rolls treated by quenching, tempering, fine turning and chrome plating. The 80mm solid main shaft and 11kW servo motor ensure stable running.
It is equipped with double linear guide electric shearing after forming. The Cr12Mov cutter and mold ensure clean cutting and low failure rate. The PLC control system with touch screen and remote control ensures high cutting accuracy.
The machine comes with a double hand-operated feeding frame with manual cutter. It can work continuously at 4-12m/min for mass production. It is widely used in factories, scenic areas, pavilions, hotels, villas and other construction projects.
