Adjustable Height High-altitude Lifting Platform

The high-altitude tile press hydraulic lifting platform is a specialized solution for on-site high-altitude forming of roof and wall panels. It supports multiple sheet materials including color steel plate, galvanized plate, and aluminum plate, catering to the diverse material requirements of modern construction projects.

The platform can process sheets with a thickness range of 0.3mm to 1.0mm, and its tile output radius is ≥6 meters. It operates with a 380V power supply and 11KW power, ensuring reliable performance for continuous high-altitude processing. The standard platform weighs about 13.5 tons, with an optional increased type available for higher load needs.

Compatible with all Jiaochi series and roof panel forming machines, the platform supports motor-reducer drive and hydraulic shearing functions. This high level of compatibility allows it to adapt to different forming equipment, providing flexible integration with various production setups.

By enabling on-site forming and processing at height, the platform eliminates the need for transporting large pre-formed panels, reducing risks and costs. It improves construction efficiency and safety, making it an essential tool for modern building construction.
