This complete-set fence roll forming machine is designed and built by Dongguang Hengfu Roll Forming Machinery Co., Ltd. It is a fully automated turn-key solution for manufacturing corrugated metal fence panels. The whole production sequence includes decoiling, material guiding, progressive roll forming, non-stop flying shear cutting, automatic labeling, material transfer and automatic stacking. Operators can switch among manual, automatic and reverse modes according to actual production requirements. It runs steadily with galvanized and color-coated steel coils for mass production.

Equipment Highlights

This full line comes with a comprehensive range of auxiliary machines: 1.5-ton hydraulic double-head decoiler, forming main unit, flying shear cutting device, pneumatic positioning conveyor, two-set automatic labeling machines and 3-meter automatic stacker, which greatly reduces manual workload.

The main forming frame is constructed from heavy-duty 350H welded steel with post-weld anti-corrosion treatment and thick wall plates. 16 groups of hard-chrome plated forming rollers and solid 56mm main shafts are driven by stable chain drive system. It can sustain long-hour continuous operation and keep the original coating of steel strips intact without scratches.

Non-stop flying shear is one of its core strengths. Cutting proceeds without stopping the whole line, which boosts productivity and prevents profile distortion. Hardened Cr12 cutting blades realize clean burr-free cuts and require little routine maintenance. Equipped with Delta PLC touch screen supporting Chinese and English, the machine is fitted with wireless remote controller and three-color warning light for easy operation and real-time status feedback. Dust-proof organ bellows and cable drag chains effectively protect internal moving components and wiring.

Each production line undergoes full-function linkage test inside our factory prior to shipment. Modular design facilitates disassembly and container loading for oversea delivery.
