(2)Roll forming pedestal
This frame include: feeding, leveler, pre-cutting basic frame, motor drive, gear box system, cutting device

  • Feeding is adjustable, have two guide rollers in two side, feeding with the roller
  • Leveler shaft 110mm, 40Cr material, 7 rollers for leveler and two station for feeding. Drive power by main forming section. Drive by gear box. Adjust by screw, manual.
  • Basic frame: adopt steel plate welding structure
  • Roll former has leveling bolts in the base
  • Motor power: 45kw X2, total 90kw.
  • Transmission: Gear box driving system for each station, include feeding and leveler
  • Machine with pre-cutting by hydraulic for change coil only, two cylinder
