The machine requires high-performance high-speed digital pulse input. The KDN-K306-24AR PLC delivers outstanding high-speed digital input performance with strong AB phase anti-interference capability, ensuring stable signal transmission in complex industrial environments. Its fixed-value interrupt function enables high control accuracy for length measurement and cutting operations.

Parameter Configuration

The machine supports classified parameter setting via the KDN text screen, including equipment parameters and user parameters. Equipment parameters provide basic settings for stable operation, such as single pulse length, overshoot, and pressing distance. User parameters can be flexibly adjusted according to production tasks, including production quantity and target length.
