The machine is powered by a KDN-K306-24AR PLC from the KDN-K3 series, providing 14 input points and 10 relay outputs to fully meet equipment control requirements. With the supporting KDN text screen, operators can access parameter settings, alarm displays, help information, and real-time production data.

The KDN-K306-24AR PLC delivers excellent high-speed input performance with strong anti-interference capability in AB phase mode. The fixed-value interrupt function ensures superior processing accuracy during length measurement and cutting operations.

Equipment Parameters: Single pulse length, overshoot, pressing distance, pressing time, and cutting time
User Parameters: Sheet quantity, length, first section, last section, pitch, and number of sections
