Product Description
686 IBR Roofing Panel Tile Roll Forming Machine
This IBR 686 roof sheet roll forming machine is specially designed for high-efficiency production of trapezoidal metal roofing sheets, widely used in the African market. The machine adopts a robust 350H steel welded frame with a 16 mm thick wall plate structure, ensuring excellent stability and long-term durability even under continuous operation. Equipped with 23 forming stations and 80 mm solid shafts made from high-quality 45# steel, the machine delivers precise forming performance and consistent sheet quality.
For power and transmission, the machine uses a 7.5 kW servo motor combined with a reliable chain transmission system, allowing a production speed of up to 40 meters per minute. The rollers are made of 45# steel with fine machining and surface hardening treatment, which greatly improves wear resistance and extends service life.
One of the key advantages is the cutting system, featuring a servo-driven flying cutting device with a patented linear guide rail design. This ensures smooth, precise cutting without stopping the machine, resulting in high efficiency and minimal material waste. The cutting blades are made from Cr12 alloy steel, providing excellent hardness and durability.
The control system is based on a PLC with an integrated touchscreen interface, making operation simple and user-friendly. The machine supports automatic length setting and precise counting, suitable for large-scale production needs.
This model is particularly suitable for African markets due to its strong structure, stable performance, and ability to handle galvanized steel and other commonly used roofing materials in the region. It is an ideal solution for roofing sheet manufacturers looking for high productivity, low maintenance, and long service life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can a single machine produce multiple types of profiles?
Standard models are typically designed to produce one specific profile type per machine. However, customizable models—such as those with interchangeable rollers, double-layer machines, or triple-layer machines—can be configured to enable a single machine to serve multiple purposes.
Does the machine require a foundation?
It simply requires a level concrete floor; no complex foundation is necessary.
Does the machine require disassembly for transport?
The core structure remains intact; only the auxiliary components are removed to ensure that precision is maintained.
There are no professional maintenance personnel available locally; what should we do in the long run?
We provide lifetime remote video guidance; most issues do not require on-site repair.
Are customers able to visit the factory to test the machine and observe its performance firsthand?
We welcome customers—or a designated third party—to visit our factory to inspect the machine and conduct trial production runs using their own materials.
