It features 18 forming stations and a Φ70mm solid main shaft. Both shafts and rollers are manufactured from 45# steel, with rollers processed through fine turning, chrome plating, and quenching to ensure long service life and superior forming performance.

The machine employs a 1-inch chain drive system powered by a 5.5kW high-quality motor, delivering stable output speeds of 20-25m/min. The cutting system features double linear guides and a 4kW oil pump shearing mechanism with air cooling, equipped with high-grade Cr12Mov blades. This configuration ensures burr-free cutting, low failure rates, and includes alarm and remote control functions for safer, more convenient operation.

Operated via PLC and a separate touch screen control system with rotary counter for accurate length measurement, the machine maintains length errors within ±1mm. It supports 380V three-phase power supply and comes equipped with a 3T electric decoiler.
