The 300 Ridge Cap Roll Forming Machine is a professional and efficient equipment specially used for producing metal ridge caps. It adopts a fully automatic production process, including decoiling, guiding, roll forming, fixed-length cutting and finished product receiving. It is widely used in the production of color steel roof accessories, and can provide stable and high-quality ridge cap products for various construction projects.
This machine adopts 350H steel welded wall plate structure with 14mm carbon steel wall plate, which has strong rigidity and good stability. It is equipped with 18 forming stations and Φ70mm solid main shaft, using 45# steel for shaft and roller. The rollers are processed by fine turning, chrome plating and quenching, ensuring long service life and excellent forming effect.
It adopts 1-inch chain drive and 5.5kW high-quality motor, with a stable output speed of 20-25m/min. The cutting system uses double linear guide and 4kW oil pump shearing with air cooling, equipped with high-grade Cr12Mov blades. It features no burr, low failure rate, and is equipped with alarm and remote control for safer and more convenient operation.
The machine uses PLC and separate touch screen control system, with rotary counter for accurate length counting, and the length error is controlled within ±1mm. It supports 380V three-phase power supply and is equipped with a 3T electric decoiler. The whole machine is compact in size, stable in performance, easy to operate and maintain, which is an ideal equipment for roof tile manufacturing.
