Manufactured by Dongguang Hengfu Roll Forming Machinery Co., Ltd., this automatic C-shaped light steel keel roll forming machine realizes full automatic production procedures including coil feeding, material guiding, continuous roll forming, straightening and hydraulic stop cutting.

It takes steel coils with feeding width of 148mm as raw materials, stably processes steel plates within 0.4-0.5mm thickness, and produces standard 70-type C-shaped light steel keels. The running speed can be adjusted flexibly within a reasonable range to match different order production requirements.

The C keel produced by this equipment is one of the most widely used lightweight building auxiliary profiles in interior decoration and light steel construction fields.

This C-shaped structure has excellent bending resistance and load-bearing capacity under low self-weight, effectively simplifying on-site construction procedures and reducing comprehensive construction cost and construction cycle.

The whole machine adopts thick square tube welded frame matched with thickened integrated middle plate, which owns good structural rigidity and can keep stable operation under long-time continuous work.

Equipped with 12 groups of forming rollers made of quenched CR15 steel after precision finishing, the rollers can shape neat and consistent C-type outline without scratching the coating surface of raw color steel and galvanized steel strips. Matched with standard chain transmission system and matched driving reducer, the power output is stable during operation.

It is equipped with hydraulic stop cutting structure with Cr12mov alloy cutter head, which cuts fixed-length keels without generating redundant leftover materials, lowering material waste rate in production. The built-in straightening mechanism can correct slight deformation after forming, ensuring the flatness and straightness of finished keels.

The supporting 1.5T unpowered single-arm feeding rack can stably place steel coils to avoid material deviation in the feeding stage. Before delivery, every set of equipment will complete overall running test in our factory to check all forming and cutting functions, ensuring customers can put it into formal production smoothly after installation.
