The full-set production workflow covers decoiling, manual-adjust feeding, multi-station roll forming, hydraulic pressing and fixed-length cutting, and finished tile discharging. It works with PPGI color-coated steel coils, delivering a stable output speed of 4–6 m/min for decorative metal tile manufacturing.

This forming machine adopts a heavy-duty 400H welded steel wall-plate frame with 16 mm thick carbon-steel wall boards. It is equipped with 16 forming passes. Forming rollers are made of 45# steel with precision turning, chrome-plating, and quenching treatment. Solid 80 mm main shafts adopt gear-driven transmission for powerful and smooth running, without scratching the protective coating of raw steel strips.

It is fitted with a double linear-guide hydraulic cutting system with an air-cooled oil pump. The mould and cutting blades are made of Cr12MoV alloy steel after quenching and fine grinding. It achieves burr-free clean cutting with a low failure rate. The split cantilever PLC touch screen cooperates with a rotary counter for precise length control, keeping length tolerance within ±1 mm. A wireless remote controller and alarm indicator are equipped for convenient on-site operation.

Every complete machine will finish a full-load trial-run inspection inside our factory before delivery. The compact overall dimension supports convenient container loading for overseas shipment.
