It completes the full production flow: decoiling, manual hand-wheel feeding, multi-station roll forming, hydraulic pressing, and fixed-length cutting, then outputs finished tiles. Solid 80 mm main shafts adopt gear transmission, offering powerful and smooth operation without scratching the paint coating of raw steel strips.

It is fitted with a double linear-guide hydraulic cutting unit equipped with an air-cooled oil pump. Forming dies and cutting blades are made of Cr12MoV alloy steel after quenching and fine grinding. It realizes burr-free clean cutting and requires minimal maintenance work. A split cantilever-mount PLC touch screen works together with a rotary length counter, keeping cutting length tolerance within ±1 mm. A wireless remote controller and alarm system are available for convenient field operation.

Every machine undergoes a complete in-factory linkage trial-run before delivery. Compact overall dimensions support simple container loading for overseas shipment.
