The 970 glazed tile roll forming machine is independently developed and manufactured by Dongguang Hengfu Roll Forming Machinery Co., Ltd. This equipment is engineered to produce YX30-194-970 style metal glazed roof tiles.

The full production process includes decoiling, hand-crank feeding guidance, sequential roll forming, hydraulic pressing, fixed-length cutting, and finished tile output. It processes PPGI color-coated steel coils and maintains a stable running speed of 4–6 m/min to meet medium-volume production demands for decorative metal roof tiles.

Metal glazed tiles produced by this equipment recreate the elegant appearance of traditional ceramic tiles while retaining the merits of metal panels.

It adopts a double linear-guide hydraulic cutting unit fitted with an air-cooled oil pump. Both pressing dies and cutting blades are made of quenched and finely-ground Cr12MoV alloy steel. It achieves a burr-free cutting effect with very low maintenance frequency. A split cantilever PLC touch screen works with a rotary length counter, ensuring cutting length accuracy within ±1 mm. A wireless remote controller and alarm device are equipped for simple and safe on-site operation.

Each unit will pass a complete factory test-running before shipment. Compact overall dimensions facilitate container packing for overseas transportation.
