Advanced Cutting & Hydraulic Systems

The shearing and pressing system utilizes double linear guide rails that are welded and precision-ground. Both the cutter and forming mold are constructed from Cr12Mov quenched and tempered steel, offering high hardness and superior wear resistance. The post-forming cutting technology guarantees burr-free cutting results with minimal maintenance requirements. An 11Kw air-cooled pump station provides stable and reliable hydraulic power for consistent operation.

The electric control system employs industrial computer PLC with frequency conversion control, complemented by a split touch screen, remote control, and alarm device. Cutting length error is maintained within ≤1mm, ensuring exceptional processing accuracy.
