An 11Kw air-cooled pump station provides stable and reliable hydraulic power for consistent operation.

The electric control system employs industrial computer PLC with frequency conversion control, complemented by a split touch screen, remote control, and alarm device. Cutting length error is maintained within ≤1mm, ensuring exceptional processing accuracy. Additional safety features include a double hand-rocking feeding rack with manual cutter, foot switch operation, and emergency stop function, making operation both safer and more convenient.
