This machine supports a complete and optimized production flow: decoiling, roll forming, laser welding, straightening, and non‑stop cutting. Specially designed for 0.6mm galvanized steel, it ensures stable material feeding, uniform forming, and smooth, firm welding. The uncoiler uses a heavy‑duty integrated tension structure with 2.0 tons loading capacity, supporting a maximum strip width of 400mm and Φ500 coil inner diameter. The Φ80 high‑rigidity spindle and manual tensioning system provide stable and smooth uncoiling, ensuring consistent material feeding for high‑precision forming and welding.

The main forming unit features a 30mm thick gantry frame processed by CNC milling for exceptional rigidity and stability. It includes 55 forming stations with Cr12 mould steel rollers (HRC55-58) and Φ60 high‑strength 45# steel shafts. Driven by four 5.5KW motors and equipped with Harbin bearings, the machine runs smoothly with low noise and extended service life. Production speed is adjustable from 1-15m/min via PLC and inverter control.
