This machine supports a full automatic process: uncoiling, roll forming, laser welding, straightening, and non-stop cutting. It is specially optimized for 0.6mm galvanized steel, ensuring stable material feeding, uniform forming, and smooth welding. The whole line runs efficiently with low material loss, producing pipes with accurate size, good straightness, and excellent surface quality.

The uncoiler uses a heavy-duty integrated tension structure with 2.0 tons loading capacity, max strip width 400mm, and Φ500 inner diameter. The Φ80 rigid spindle ensures stable uncoiling, providing a solid foundation for high-precision forming and welding.

The main forming machine features a 30mm thick CNC-machined gantry frame and 55 forming stations. Rollers are made of Cr12 mould steel (HRC55-58), and shafts are Φ60 45# steel. Driven by four 5.5KW motors and fitted with Harbin bearings, the machine runs smoothly and durably. Production speed is adjustable from 1-15m/min via PLC control.

Equipped with a 3KW high-end laser welding system and user-friendly touch screen control, this machine ensures stable welding quality and easy operation.
