The main forming unit adopts a 30mm thick gantry frame processed by CNC milling for excellent rigidity and precision. It has 55 forming stations with Cr12 mould steel rollers (HRC55-58) and Φ60 45# steel shafts. Four 5.5KW motors and high-grade Harbin bearings ensure smooth, low-noise and long-lasting running. Production speed is adjustable from 1-15m/min through PLC and inverter control.
