This production line is specially designed for 0.6mm galvanized steel coils, with a complete and optimized process flow including uncoiling, forming, laser welding, straightening and fixed-length cutting. The whole production process runs smoothly and stably, effectively avoiding material deformation and surface damage, and ensuring that each pipe has accurate dimensions, good straightness and beautiful welding seams to meet the high requirements of various industrial applications.

Key Components & Features

Uncoiling System: The uncoiling part adopts an integrated tension structure with strong stability, supporting 2.0 tons coil load, 400mm maximum width and Φ500 inner diameter. The Φ80 spindle with high rigidity ensures stable and smooth uncoiling, providing a reliable feeding guarantee for the subsequent forming and welding process.

Forming Machine: The main forming machine is built with a 30mm thick gantry frame processed by CNC milling machine, featuring 55 forming stations. The rollers are made of Cr12 mould steel with hardness HRC55-58, and the shafts are Φ60 45# high-strength steel. Equipped with 4 sets of 5.5KW motors and Harbin bearings, the machine runs stably with low noise.

Control & Welding: The PLC intelligent control system supports adjustable production speed from 1 to 15m/min, which is flexible and efficient. Equipped with a 3KW high-configuration laser welding system and touch screen control, the equipment ensures stable welding quality and simple operation.
