The main forming machine adopts heavy 350H steel welded frame with anti-rust treatment and thickened wall plates, matched with solid thick main shafts. All forming rollers are precision machined and hard chrome plated, ensuring uniform product shape without scratching the coating of raw steel strips. The stable chain transmission system cooperates with Delta PLC touch screen, which supports Chinese and English two operation languages. Wireless remote controller and three-color warning light are equipped for convenient operation and real-time equipment status check.

The non-stop flying cutting device is the core highlight of this line. It realizes cutting without stopping production, greatly increasing output and avoiding profile deformation. Hardened Cr12 cutting blades bring smooth burr-free cutting surface and low maintenance frequency. Dust-proof organ covers and cable drag chains protect internal moving parts and circuits to extend machine service life. After cutting, panels automatically finish labeling, scratch-proof wrapping and neat stacking, realizing continuous automatic production.

Every complete production line will finish full linkage trial running in our factory before delivery to guarantee stable coordination of all stations.
