Manufactured by Dongguang Hengfu Roll Forming Machinery Co., Ltd., this full-automatic fence roll forming machine is a complete integrated production line for making corrugated metal fence panels. The whole workflow covers decoiling, feeding guidance, multi-station roll forming, non-stop flying shear cutting, automatic labeling, conveying and finished-product stacking. It supports manual, automatic and reverse operating modes, and can process galvanized or color-coated steel coils for high-volume continuous production.

Machine Advantages

The production line is fully equipped with supporting auxiliary devices, including 1.5-ton double-head hydraulic decoiler, main forming host, non-stop flying shear unit, pneumatic positioning conveyor, dual automatic labelers and 3-meter automatic stacker, greatly lowering manual intervention.

The forming host adopts heavy-duty 350H welded steel frame with anti-rust treatment after welding and thick wall plates. It is fitted with 16 rows of hard-chrome-plated forming rollers and solid 56mm main shafts driven by chain transmission, ensuring stable long-time running without scratching the coating of raw steel strips.

The core non-stop flying shear cuts profiles without halting production, significantly raising output efficiency and avoiding panel deformation. Hardened Cr12 cutting blades deliver clean, burr-free cutting edges with low maintenance frequency. Delta PLC touch-screen control supports Chinese and English operation interfaces. Wireless remote controller and three-color status warning light are provided for convenient operation and real-time fault prompt. Dust-proof organ covers and cable drag chains protect internal moving parts and wiring to extend service life.

Every complete line will pass full-linkage trial running in our factory before delivery. Its modular structure allows easy disassembly for container-based overseas shipment.
