The 1110 glazed tile roll forming machine is a high-quality building equipment produced by Hebei Hengfu Pressing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is suitable for 1250mm width color steel and galvanized steel sheets with thickness 0.3-0.5mm, and features stable running and high precision.
This machine is equipped with a strong 400H steel frame and 16mm thick wall plates. The forming rolls are made of 45Cr steel with quenching, tempering, fine turning and chrome plating. The 80mm solid main shaft and 11kW servo motor ensure reliable and efficient operation.
It uses post-forming double linear guide electric cutting system. The Cr12Mov mold and cutter provide burr-free cutting and extremely low maintenance rate. The PLC control system with remote control and alarm makes automatic production more convenient.
With a double hand-operated feeding frame and manual cutter, the machine is easy to use. It supports continuous production at 4-12m/min and is widely used in garden factories, scenic spots, pavilions, hotels and villas.
