The Photovoltaic and Anti-seismic Bracket Roll Forming Machine is a professional solution for manufacturing high-strength galvanized brackets for solar PV installations and anti-seismic construction projects. It is optimized to process 2.0mm-2.5mm galvanized sheets, producing brackets that offer reliable structural support and meet industry safety standards.
Featuring a box welding frame and 55mm archway-style wall panels, the machine ensures excellent stability under heavy loads. The 24 groups of CR12 rollers, precision-turned and hard chrome-plated, deliver consistent forming results and long service life. The Φ80mm solid spindle, made of tempered 45# steel, provides robust support for high-speed, continuous production.
With gearbox transmission, the machine runs at 8-50m/min, offering flexible speed adjustment for different production needs. It is equipped with an 11kW large valve blade pump station, enabling non-stop hydraulic twisting and shearing. The double-blade cutting mold, made of quenched Cr12 steel (HRC58-60), ensures clean, accurate cuts without burrs.
The machine is controlled by an industrial PLC frequency conversion system, keeping cutting length error within ≤2mm. It includes a touch screen interface, a 55kW variable frequency drive, and a vertical control box with remote control for easy operation. Its compact footprint (2250×1250×1400mm) makes it easy to integrate into existing production lines.
