Customized Profile Photovoltaic Bracket Anti-seismic Bracket Forming Machine

This Photovoltaic and Anti-seismic Bracket Forming Machine is a high-precision, high-efficiency equipment designed for producing galvanized steel brackets used in solar photovoltaic systems and anti-seismic building structures. It processes galvanized sheets of 2.0mm-2.5mm thickness, ensuring strong, durable, and dimensionally accurate brackets that meet demanding industry standards.

Built with a box welding frame and 55mm-thick archway-style wall panels, the machine delivers exceptional structural rigidity and long-term stability. It features 24 groups of main rollers made of CR12 steel with precision turning and hard chrome plating for high wear resistance and long service life. The Φ80mm solid spindle, made of tempered 45# high-quality steel, provides strong load-bearing capacity and smooth operation.

The machine adopts gearbox transmission for stable power output, supporting production speeds from 8m-50m per minute to meet different volume requirements. It includes an 11kW large valve blade pump station for hydraulic shearing, enabling hydraulic twisting and shearing without stopping the machine. The cutting mold uses two blades made of Cr12 steel with quenching treatment (HRC58-60), delivering clean, burr-free cuts.

Controlled by an industrial computer PLC frequency conversion system, the machine ensures precise forming with cutting length error of ≤2mm. It comes with a 55kW variable frequency touch screen and vertical electric control box with remote control for easy parameter setting and operation. With compact overall dimensions (2250mm × 1250mm × 1400mm), it is suitable for various factory layouts while maintaining high performance.
