Lifting and Transporting
After the machine arrive at customer factory. In the loading and un loading process, the need to use lifting tools, such as traveling crane, or other lifting equipment. When lifting the machine, people are not allowed in and round the under of machine to protect person safety. And in the transport loading and unloading, should use soft material to protect the surface. Machine and accessories should be placed firmly, safely and clean. Avoid the damaged surface coating
Put the machine in smooth and flat floor.

Leveling part
Adopt single flatten system, 7 rollers (upper is 3 rollers, down is 4 stations) to make the material flatten. Feeding roller diameter: 40Gr, ¢100mm, power: 11kw. Max feeding width: 700mm.
Feeding device
Adjust center of the forming rollers and sufficient length to prevent lateral movement of the strip on its entry to forming section.
Roll forming system
Roll forming system consist of machine frame, transmission parts and roll forming rollers etc. The frame consists of base frame and wire-electrode cutting stations, base with welded sections; ensure the equipment rigidity and beautiful appearance.
Track cutting system
Profile transversal cutting device units allowing to cut the bent profile without damaging the metal coating and to assure a smooth cut included. Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length. The cutting length is controlled by PLC. Change the cutter to realize cutter different profiles.
Rectify device
Function: make the end product in straight, left and right, up and down
The protect cover
To avoid accidents, the machine will be covered with the protective mesh. It is easy to take off when need adjust machine.
