The main forming machine uses a 30mm thick gantry frame processed by CNC milling for excellent precision and rigidity. It is equipped with 55 forming stations, using Cr12 mould steel rollers with hardness HRC55-58 and Φ60 high-strength 45# steel shafts. Four 5.5KW motors drive the gearbox transmission system, with Harbin bearings for stable and durable operation. The production speed is adjustable from 1-15m/min via PLC inverter control.
