It handles the complete workflow including decoiling, roll forming, non-stop flying cutting, automatic labeling, material transfer, protective film wrapping, and finished-product stacking. Operators can select manual, automatic, or reverse mode as needed. The system works with galvanized and color-coated steel coils to produce corrugated metal fence panels at high, consistent line speeds.

The main forming frame is constructed from heavy-duty 350H welded steel with anti-corrosion post-weld treatment and thick wall plates, fitted with robust solid main shafts. Precision-machined, hard-chrome-plated forming rollers create consistent panel profiles while preserving the original coating of incoming steel strips.

Chain-driven power transmission pairs with Delta PLC touch-screen control supporting Chinese and English interfaces. A wireless remote control and three-color status beacon simplify operation and provide instant visual feedback on machine conditions.

The non-stop flying shear is a key advantage, cutting while the line continues running to boost output and prevent profile distortion. Hardened Cr12 steel blades deliver clean, burr-free cuts with low maintenance requirements. Dust-proof bellows covers and cable drag shields protect moving parts and wiring, extending equipment service life.

After cutting, panels undergo automatic labeling, protective wrapping, and neat stacking for ready-to-ship finished goods. Prior to shipment, the complete line undergoes full linked test-running to ensure all stations work in harmony. The modular build allows easy disassembly for container shipping to overseas clients.
