Production Process
The production line features a smooth and logical workflow: uncoiling, roll forming, laser welding, straightening, and non-stop cutting. It is specially designed for 0.6mm galvanized steel, ensuring stable material feeding, uniform forming, and excellent welding performance.
The optimized process reduces material distortion and surface damage, producing pipes with accurate dimensions, smooth welding seams, and ideal straightness for various construction and fabrication applications.
Uncoiling System
The uncoiling system adopts a heavy-duty integrated tension structure with 2.0 tons loading capacity, supporting a maximum strip width of 400mm and Φ500 inner coil diameter. Manual tensioning ensures steady and safe uncoiling, while the Φ80 high-rigidity main shaft provides stable transmission.
Main Forming Unit
The main forming unit uses a 30mm thick gantry-type frame processed by CNC gantry milling for exceptional precision and rigidity. It includes 55 forming stations with high-standard Cr12 mold steel rollers (HRC55-58) and Φ60 high-strength 45# steel shafts.
Driven by four 5.5KW three-phase motors via gearboxes, the line offers adjustable speed from 1-15m/min. Paired with famous Harbin bearings, the machine runs stably with low noise and long service life.
Laser Welding & Control System
Equipped with a 3KW high-configuration laser welding system and reliable branded components, this production line ensures strong, stable welding quality. The PLC control system with touchscreen HMI enables easy operation and precise parameter adjustment.
