Component

1

Roll forming system

  • Roll forming system consist of machine frame, transmission parts and roll forming rollers etc. The frame consists of base frame and wire-electrode cutting stations, base with welded sections; ensure the equipment rigidity and beautiful appearance.

Track cutting system

  • Profile transversal cutting device units allowing to cut the bent profile without damaging the metal coating and to assure a smooth cut included. Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length. The cutting length is controlled by PLC. Change the cutter to realize cutter different profiles.

Rectify device

  • Function: make the end product in straight, left and right, up and down

The protect cover

  • To avoid accidents, the machine will be covered with the protective mesh. It is easy to take off when need adjust machine.

Work flow

3T Double head hydraulic de-coiler→ Flatten→ Roll forming→ Track cutting→ finished supporter.

 

Main forming

1. Before the feeding of steel sheet into the roller, adjust the space between the upper roller and lower roller, first make the lower roller leveled, then line up the two rollers and then adjust the space between the upper and lower roller to be the thickness of the sheet plus 0.25mm. If the finished sheets have ripples, widen the space between the two rollers until the sheets turned out to be flat. (The space is usually adjusted before the machine leaves the factory)

2. The feeding system is adjustable by hand wheel, when put the sheet, should be adjust the hand wheel to make sure the feeding is in center.

3. When first time to test the machine or every first coil during production, make sure the machine in manual first. After the sheet come to the cutter, cut the first piece in manual then working in automatic.
