Key Components & Features

The uncoiling unit features a heavy‑duty integrated tension structure with a 2.0‑ton loading capacity, supporting a maximum strip width of 400mm and Φ500 inner coil diameter. Manual tensioning ensures stable and safe unwinding, while the Φ80 high‑rigidity main shaft ensures smooth and consistent feeding. This robust feeding system greatly improves forming accuracy and lays a solid foundation for stable production.

The main forming machine is built with a 30mm thick gantry‑style frame processed by CNC gantry milling for superior precision and rigidity. It includes 55 forming stations with Cr12 mold steel rollers (HRC55-58) and Φ60 quenched and tempered 45# steel shafts. Four 5.5KW three‑phase motors drive the gear transmission system, paired with high‑quality Harbin bearings for stable, low‑noise operation. Production speed is adjustable from 1-15m/min through PLC inverter control.

Equipped with a 3KW high‑configuration laser welding system and a user‑friendly PLC touch screen control system, this line ensures stable welding quality and simple operation.
