Robust Structural Design

Engineered with a robust structural framework, the machine features a 100×100×6mm square tube main frame and 40mm thick wall plates, providing an ultra-stable foundation that eliminates vibration and deformation during high-speed operation. The forming system adopts an upper 7 and lower 6 pass design with integrated upper and lower pressing, paired with 90mm solid spindles and 45Cr rollers treated with quenching, tempering, chrome plating and precision grinding.

These high-quality components ensure uniform stress on stainless steel plates, smooth leveling without warpage, and excellent resistance to wear and corrosion for prolonged service life. The 7.5KW high-performance Shanghai motor and gear drive system guarantee powerful and consistent power output, enabling a high plate output speed of 15-25M/min to significantly boost production efficiency.

Intelligent Control System

The machine is equipped with an intelligent and user-friendly control and shearing system that redefines precision and convenience in stainless steel processing. Its PLC split touch screen and rotary counter with linear slider bracket enable intuitive parameter setting and accurate fixed-length control, achieving a minimal length error of ±1mm to meet strict industrial precision requirements.

The electric shearing system, made with Cr12 quenched and tempered knife plates, realizes burr-free cutting of stainless steel plates.
